Wonderful article! Life did not go as planned for me this spring when I was diagnosed with acute liver failure due to wilson's disease. But God is so good. He was gracious to provide a liver transplant, and now I am once again healthy and able to enjoy taking care of my family. A liver-transplant was certainly not on my agenda, but I feel better than I have in years! God is SO good!

I am so glad you had the opportunity to say goodbye and will be praying for your cousin as she prepares to meet Jesus face to face.

That was a very timely article for me as I have been asking God "why" about similar circumstances regarding my own health in the last month...and what I am always reminded of is "why not"? Our joy and thanksgiving shouldn't have anything to do with our circumstances and I praise Him that He provides us with the strength to make that true.

Look forward to reading your article. I just started writing book reviews for the magazine, it is beautiful. I know what you mean about being away from someone and the situation not feel like it's real. I went through that when I lived away from my family. But it's also true when you live close and don't spend time with each other. Thank you for sharing something that is so raw for you.

Thanks for sharing! I just went to FB and edited my options, I had no idea about changing that number to see more people. I had people there that were on "hide" that I didn't intend to hide so I fixed it!
