Life did not go as planned for me this spring when I was diagnosed with acute liver failure due to wilson's disease. But God is so good. He was gracious to provide a liver transplant, and now I am once again healthy and able to enjoy taking care of my family. A liver-transplant was certainly not on my agenda, but I feel better than I have in years! God is SO good!

Re: Godly Gals

Lori, Thank you so much for sharing your heart and wisdom with us over in Mel's World...you truly ARE a special Godly Gal and I am so thankful for the opportunity to get to know you better!

xoxo, Melissa

Re: Lori’s Article Inside Exemplify Online Magazine

I love it, Lori. Our joy and thanksgiving shouldn't have anything to do with our circumstances and I praise Him that He provides us with the strength to make that true.

Thanks for a great article, Lori. I am so excited to work with you on CWA!

Re: Lori’s Article Inside Exemplify Online Magazine

Look forward to reading your article. I just started writing book reviews for the magazine, it is beautiful. I know what you mean about being away from someone and the situation not feel like it's real. I went through that when I lived away from my family. But it's also true when you live close and don't spend time with each other. Thank you for sharing something that is so raw for you.

Re: Swans

Hey girl...somehow I lost you out there in blog world only to find you again via Mel's World!
